Exactly Apple isn't using the glass that they signed a contract to use thus forcing the glass company to file for bankruptcy. This is a breach of contract on both sides. The only solution is a settlement that benefits both sides equally. Don't think for a second that GTAT is going to be completely thrown under the bus on this one. This judge is smart and he has been able to view documents and testimony that no one has. All just my opinion but just wait and see. GLTA.
