Anvil, you are a smart guy. Posit this, there is a Nss on RCCH.
Would you agree there are other foreign markets were nss is illegal in the markets assume a Broker in Hong Kong exchange let's say could tell if there was a large Nss position on RCCH in the billions. Do you agree (hypothetically) a HK Broker could tell?

My opinion of the global lock was not that RCCH longs can't get "out" but the Nss billions shorted cannot get out either. a NOBO list is all RCCH needs to do, give the SEC the info and check the numbers, if more shares out than the float..then we have proof.
