Jim, whether gene, other unknown officers of rcch exists are doing something makes no difference to me. I started to follow the stock because the story was interesting (i.e. gene is a clown).

The thought that gene purposely entered into a deal with gendarme in hopes of bringing sec attention to nss in Rcch is one of the more imaginative theories and highly unlikely.

But if what you posit is true, then obviously it backfired big time resulting in a global lock.
