Because it's the wild wild west out there...this is a burgeoning market, and maybe they're human...so they're not perfect...that's the thing about this business, you don't exactly need a brilliant business plan...the product pretty much sells itself. If something isn't working, it really doesn't matter because it's not integral to the cash flow of their business. While you may think a Janescard is a big deal, the reality is that the customers are very satisfied to have product delivered directly to their door from a reputable business instead of some drug dealer they don't really know, and are kind of scared of...this is a very easy market to sell to. Nobody on the ground is missing a janecard I'm sure...
