I have been thinking the very same thing. While turnover of high level execs is not uncommon in young, high growth companies, the Board needs to insure that replacements are NOT vested immediately. When they are, there is little incentive to stay, to stick it out when difficulties arise.

That WalMart/Sam's Club "deal with the devil" must have been the last straw for Syd Rollock. I bet every other vendor has been screaming in his ear since the announcement and he has no acceptable answers to offer them. Watch the fallout from vendors.

I bet MSLP guides down on earnings by Q4 '14 or Q1 '15 conference call. Wait and see.

As for the Top 50 Seller List update:

MSLP's top seller Combat Protein Powder has FALLEN again and is now BEHIND Quest Nutrition Bars (they actually manufacture their own product in their own factory).

THINK ABOUT THAT FACT; Since the launch of MSLP Combat Crunch bar to compete with Quest Nutrition, Quest has not only RUN OVER Combat Crunch in sales but now OUT SELLS Combat Protein Powder AS well.

If this was a UFC fight, Herb Dean would step in and stop the fight. Rollock just tapped out.

MSLP sales are eroding at an alarming rate on bb.com in spite of the $100,000 in cash monthly that CEO Brad pays Ryan (convicted supplement steroid lacer) for "placement". Will the payments abruptly end after Ryan completes paying the $8.1M in criminal fines imposed in the UDDOJ case?
