I don't think he and or other executives who have left WERE fully vested at time of departure. MSLP just ignores the vesting rules that were contractually agreed to and GIVES them the shares when they part ways.

This suggests that the partings are either VERY amicable, or (much more likely, IMO) that MSLP is firing the executives and giving them their unvested shares in exchange for them agreeing to go away quietly.
