by being issued as free trading and in process of being deposited

the moment that free trading shares are issued they increase the float. they can't hit the market until they are deposited and cleared through compliance

Yup .... by slight all I meant is that on a 6 Bil AS to increase OS from 2mil to 2.2 mil is only around 10% and only 33%ish of total available.
And we do not know yet if those shares are in the float or restricted.
The TA includes Restricted shares in reporting the OS. Could be part of the slight share restructure as reported at NV SOS as well. Regardless....its pretty insignificant at this point....to sammy's point....in order to cut a deal no doubt shares will be part of the equation.
