Micro-fluffy was once a very cheap investment. I never bought in early but i've heard like .10 range ???????, i do know of the .12 to .20 range. Oh if id only got in EARLY, LOL. Early PPS isn't the point, the point is that early insiders of Microsoft became multi billionares just like early Wall-smarts, billionares just for haning onto chicken scratch dollars. Sum of the matter is that holders of millions became worth billions once these small companies took off. I bought into a Jr on the Canadian mkt and our neighbors went from .15 range to $21.50 range in 2 months, that was a good haul ???????

It has the potential to give a future participant a greater degree of insight and influence, or those whom a future participant has a relationship with. A seat on the board would be standard part of the structure, as I understand.
