I was wondering the exact same thing yesterday, but did not dare to ask on the board. And that's mostly due to my limited knowledge on how things work with regards to these board positions in the US of A.

But someone mentioned it being a reward or something - now (and don't get me wrong I want this company to go places) with a CV like that of mr. Gross, how is it a 'reward' to add LBSR in the current state to it?
Is it a reward because the Board of Director members are paid generously for their services in the USA? Is he in for a share? I don't know how it works.

Generally I see this cooperation be more of a value for LBSR than the other way around. Which made me think. What's in it for him?

Honest questions. I simply don't know enough on the subject as I started this post with to be able to come to an educated guess.

But depending on what kind of time he will/can spend on helping LBSR forward, looks like an excellent addition to me.
