Excellent job. That would have taken me hours - at least -and even then.
The broker votes are interesting, though, because it gives them "discretionary authority." Why is the auditor vote a no-brainer? It's not as important as the other votes, but I wouldn't consider it a no-brainer. There are a lot of negotiations that go on between auditors regarding auditor treatment of various items - what the accountants believe should be based on their professional standards versus what the company wants, presentation and disclosure of various footnotes, etc. Hell, even tax and audit fees. Mix in they forgot to sign their financials - granted, a scrivener/admin error, but even for a company in a development stage where the company doesn't make much money, I would never call that vote irrelevant. Oh well, it is what it is.
