I agree Peach. I think many posters keep forgetting that IFUS had no way to repay the loan because of the tortious interference with Marc's business plan. I don't see how a business can be held accountable to repay a loan if you have people actively working against you to hurt the business. What makes this worse and criminal is that this isn't a competitor in the business but someone who was a director on the board and supposed to be a friendly helping you build your business. I suppose it will all come out in court as to what actually happened but if this is truly the case, it really ticks me off as a shareholder where I have invested my money trusting everyone on the board of directors to do what was best for the company.

No they don't ... and no it isn't.

IFUS has substantial money to pay monthly expenses,legal bills and expansion of the business.

I suggest visiting the plant at Supreme Energy.The lights are on and the revenue is growing.
