'justice4once'? as much as I find historical reasons to object to your postulations, I cannot deny the fact that the chill was lifted and this UNQT company filings were brought and kept current.
That in and of itself speaks volumes in my PINK-experience, especially when considering pink sheet companies are otherwise not obligated to do so, nor will ever likely be scrutinized by the SEC if they didn't!
(the SEC only police the Listed/Uplisted Stocks!)
UNQT's reporting efforts is/are purely by their own choice!
It's highly unlikely that a scam company would give a damn about filings or anything else other than ripping off unsuspecting shareholders/investors.
Therefore, (and for what its worth) I'm of disbelief that UNQT is a scam.
