It's been a year, yes. By no means did you have a company. JT has spent a lot of time to get everything right with UNQT to make it a company. Stop and think, first of all...the chill was lifted. Who knows what he spent to get the finances in order to where he could be able to file them, and everything else he's had to pay out to get this done. I have emailed JT numerous times. He has always been positive and sounded very determined on what he had planned to move the company forward. Through some of these emails, I have learned that JT suffered a major heart attack and rebuild approx. 1 year ago. He doesn't want that known, so he's not going to tell everyone about it...probably mad at me for mentioning this on the board. This could possibly have something to do with some of the time it has taken to rebuild this company. I firmly believe in this company that it is going to continue to progress, maybe not at the pace we want, but look at what it has already done and what is in progress as we speak.
