You need to keep in mind that many companies refuse to pay the annual fee and are simply "No Information" Tier securities. There are quite a few No Information companies on OTC Markets. If one doesnt pay the fee and provide disclosure they are just a NO INFORMATION tier security, but they still have quotation.
Question: Does the "No Information" securities also have to do with no current filings? I notice a lot of the NI securities have no recent filings.
