very nice analysis on ACH3422. I totally agree with you for all the points.

The 20140309189 patent shows Alios 6037, which has also 2 deuteriums at 5' position. Did you check further their patents? any conflict?

Alios Bio. has recently published a paper. They have checked the potency of the "non-deuterium verison" of ACH3422-TP, and the potency is similar to Sovaldi-TP. I feel ACH3422 should have similar potency as Sovaldi, but more toxic. But anyway, for P1, this difference in toxic is not so important.
