You know, I would think that all they do is place the equivalent of a electric meter on the output of the tower.

Electricity goes into the system and it is taken out of the system.

It's not like they try to track the electrons as they pass from place to place.

If Solar Wind Energy puts X amount of electricity into the grid and it's being sold to a customer then they can have X - whatever they use.
