WHERE IS THE "MATERIAL EVENT" ?????????

Oh, that's right, there wasn't one as proven by the lack of an 8K filing and press release.

SEC guidelines are very clear that any company experiencing a material event (either positive or negative) must be disclosed to the public via an 8K filing.

Please show us the 8K filing which disclosed that the Asher note was paid off.

Oh wait, there wasn't one. I wonder why???
