I see the 10Q is long gone now too!

Guess Kaye did not want to pay to
get it done or it was soo bad he
felt it was better not filing it.

With the lack of shares trading/selling
it may just be the number of times Kaye
had to go to the toxic debt bankers is
even longer then the last qtr.

No way to know now the Kaye has not filed.
