Again - wow - Hauck has to have looked at that option already - not that it's going to happen anytime soon, but this guy sounds like a great planner and pretty damn motivated. It's why I hope those 30 mill weren't allocated for the "other" employees, because the insiders already have enough shares, but spreading those 30 mill among Hauck, Jelbert et al, is what I hope those voted down shares weren't for. That would be really unfortunate for them, but there's no guarantee they were earmarked for those people either.
