Here is my question!!!
Many of these parents being filed were developed by Apple and then placed into CIP. If the patents were "developed by Apple" and placed in CIP, does Visser have access to the technology patented by Apple up to the date when the agreement was signed???
My reason for asking is that it seems Apple is producing and filing most of the parents. If Apple filed the patents, then Vissed might be caught pissing in the wind..
