Yep. The most important thing to note is the reference to a single toxic diluter when the filings clearly show numerous toxic notes on the line. Toxic is toxic as structured in the loans and as those loans relate to the company's spending habits- the difference from one lender to the next is negligible. The best we can hope for at the moment is that the stock is allowed to breathe for at least a short time. Today's halt could not have come at a worse time in that regard as it makes folks jittery with a highly uncertain transaction.
