The smart money will not look at this period of low PPS as negative rather they will see it as a buying opportunity to accumulate all they possibly can for an inevitable future run. QBID sat at .0001 for months before it ran to over 2 cents. With the CD holders and if there is a possible buyback going on, if you were the CEO and had good news lined up and ready to be PR'd would you release it just yet? No. Often we don't see the true value of these stocks until good PRs start coming and PPS starts rising fast. Then many chase and it is too late. Smart money will see BKMP for the undervalued gem it is RIGHT NOW. In a word...ACCUMULATE
