That's right. You don't buy a beautiful house in a bad neighborhood where it has no room for appreciation. You look for beat up houses in really good neighborhoods where there's plenty of room for growth. The Diamond in the Rough!

And judging by our neighbors (i.e. UFC, IFL, Pride, K-1, SpikeTV, FOX Sports,...) and their success, we're in the right place at the right time.
