Hi Mr. watts, I would also like to thank you and congratulate you on your most informative and comprehensive posts. I now feel as if there really is light at the end of the tunnel. Maybe not tomorrow but at least we are on the right path and I actually feel more comfortable with my position. Once the company shows that is taking the right steps I believe it will be reflected in the price of the stock even though the earnings are not immediately up to snuff. Thank you once again for sharing. You are definitely a most valued member of this board. I tip my hat to you. ATVB2U.

I too am glad the shareholders shot down the plan to issue shares for management incentives. Clearly other shareholders felt the same. I just hope management doesn't take this as an excuse to drag their feet to get back at shareholders for not wanting to pay them. That'd be counter productive for them too. I'd be all for paying them incentives, It'd be nice to see some results first. There has been what appears to be good progress made as of late, but we've gone through all this before, where all these partners are signed up, we give a bunch of shares as incentives, then for whatever reason things fall apart, the dilution is done, and they have to start over again. I'd be curious to see the incentive plan, willing to bet it would be proprietary and they couldn't discus that, better keep it a secret. I'd certainly hope it would be results driven, maybe with a little revenue wouldn't hurt either. If they didn't produce could they have to pay, sort of like a reverse incentive plan? I'd like to see that.

I work for a non-profit (similar to LQMT ;) , where the management was able to essentially write their own incentive plans. Long story short, they never make their goals but still get payouts., funny how that works.

watts,

If I knew that was you I would have definitely introduced myself. I tend to read the message board rather than posting since it's good to get differing opinions than my own.

I also enjoy your literary diction and sarcasm on the board. Has made me smile more than once.

I also remember seeing Tim Visser present at the meeting. Once someone talked about Visser being a competitor, Tim's name tag kept "falling off". I'm sure he reported back to Barney how many people showed up to the meeting.

Another small tid bit I recall is that Paul said he was targeting directly tier 1 supplies to OEMs and tier 2. He said they're working with or have contacted around 80 of these suppliers.
