Dude, doesn't this require many factors to even make a guestimate like that? What kind of mining tech? What kind of land/dirt/rock? How deep is the mine itself need to be?
Above ground, or under ground mine? How deep is the target ore? How many tons/hour are you looking for and what's the grade of ore per ton? "8 million oz." isn't going to help anyone answer your questions. Also what size product are you looking for to stack on the leach pad? Example, inch and a half or 1/2 inch?
The grade of ore per ton and how many tons per hour/day you want will help me design you a plant but I at least need those parameters.
