They'll have to say something at year end. It may be like the Red Kite debacle...that they're still doing DD or trying to get the money together. That just means it's not going to happen.

If you secure financing just announce you have it, not that you expect to get it in a few days and then leave it to hang. Same crap they pulled with Red Kite.
