Weird that lease reads like John MEHOS as landlord will be getting the $1 million dollars and not INCC.

Someone brought up whether this was some sort of a bait and switch.

unfortunately many will think it is some binding lease….its not

what application is this from….State or County?????

verbiage is bolierplate keystone cops, even an office depot lease reads better

I appreciate the document being posted, but J Mehos looks to be a savvy landowner, this is NOT a lease he would sign


Secondly, and speaking to legitimate business terms…..WHO in their right mind believes an hydroponics system is worth $1M rent monthly?????

this isn't my first, or fiftieth rodeo………..

WOW!! That is huge irrefutable proof of the $12 million annual revenue with one contract for INCC....Thanks for posting this Stervc!


Here on page one, it confirms that INCC, through its GroPro System, will be getting $12 Million per year from this operations since county approval and upon state approval of which now I am very confident will happen as the next formality.

According to the legal description in the lease, the property is not yet purchased, the building is not yet built. So who exactly owns what??
