The truth of the matter is..with Ebola plays being hot, none of these risky nonsensical plays will go up. Especially, those like THIS one that had promises months ago about news of a sports stadium deal of over $80mil that NEVER got PRed. hmmm wonder why? all IMO. but more than opinion, believe me.
