I was thinking the same thing, they love to generate problems for the small investor. But if by chance a Nasdaq stock is fleecing people out of millions it's ok, but if a small investor loses $200 on a small company trying to get its bearings and they pr something about their product and how it can aid in stopping the spread of ebola then it's not.
That's how they roll the governing bodies give all the small longs trying to make money on undiscovered new starts the boob spread, because our regulating bodies are ran by boobs.
