This is nothing but a frivolous claim brought forth because they didn't come through with what they promised and now they are bitter they don't get to partake in the spoils. I am no James Cameron, but the guy gets lawsuits DAILY still over the Avatar story rights/plagiarism/fraud, etc.
I had dinner with GRRM recently and he said a 'shareholder' (whether they are or not, I won't know until I order my NOBO list) emailed him and stated that Mark Newbauer and Mike the Pike are using his name to scam investors--- ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? Thankfully we have the relationships we have an it did not make a dent, but it was certainly unexpected and it gives me great caution in regards to releasing anything I don't have to, to investors/shareholders. One bad apple tries so hard to spoil the bunch.
