well at that level I think it will be more HOW it was reached

THAN it was reached

If its on a quick swift move yes, switch horses

but if this grinds on down and move to that level, they may be

setting up all the new shorts for a world of hurt with a power

move on up with NUGT

I think the way its done will give you a clue
