What would be nice would be for Mark to actually make an announcement that the form 10 has been submitted to EDGAR and to allow 4 days for it to appear.

once it is submitted, there is no delay unless it is submitted after hours and in that case it would appear the next day.

Absolutely not! The preparation to the filing and filing itself is 4 days (working days). We could be on day 3 or 4 already.
So if you do the math, the announcement could VERY WELL HAPPEN THIS WEEK! We are only on Tuesday.
