Yes. However, it is the assumption of many here that the Wave PP buyers sell first and use the PP shares to cover.

That seems to be the pattern for the last several PP. However, it should be noted, that as this may well be the last of its kind -- different rules may apply.

I would appreciate, given the nature of your question if you would explain how you happened to wander onto this board, Wave, and your experience in the market so as to figure out how to answer your questions.
