Math is an issue here, so I'll explain:

Convertible notes take 6 months to 12 months to mature. Hence, the convertible notes through 2013 Q3 are what caused the nearly 22% jump in OS by mid 2014. If we insist, I suppose we can talk about the MASSIVE increase in toxic notes reported in Q4 and how that may have contributed, but will definitely be seen in the next Q as the pps demonstrates. <face palm>
