Thank you for posting that letter. I'm not at all sure what to make of it.

1. Who is this letter addressed to? Shareholders and/or potential shareholders? The SEC or some other entity?

2. Why did EFFTEC feel the need to hire a lawyer to write this letter?

A. Perhaps to re-assure shareholders and/or potential shareholders of EFFTEC's legitimacy in the face of plummeting pps?
Or
B. to respond to allegations of fraud from the SEC or some other entity)?

I guess it's better than nothing but i'm not sure (?????)
