I've never had an issue believing this stock was legit. The person that turned me on to it has been right 90% of the time wich is nearly impossible in penny land. Thank you for posting the letter. It just confirms what I already knew :)

Most companies (legit ones) have an attorney render an opinion on their filings, nothing unusual about it.
