Isn't this the OTC? High risk, long waits, but at times high reward. The chart is our friend here with INCC. We could see a 20 to 30% take down just to run off retail. There is always a trading pattern prior to significant news; and it usually involves naked shorting by MM's. If these MM's collude with other hedgies with shares, those hedgies typically bid dump to help. Then the MM's stay in the black when they cover.

Its a game to them, real money to me.
