the PPS won't be a MARKET indicator of "poor" management letter

JUST like Friday wasn't a criticism of the piss poor PR, which was past the self-imposed announcement time……. (who is late their own party??? )

or the other 30% drop due to the 9/24 PR

this INCC stock has lost 75% from its .018-.02 "mid range" price ( on its way to 5 cents before November ) ALL DUE to new DD on management's veracity

is Davyd Field gone????????? no mention of him in the "INCC management line-up" in the shareholder letter……………..
