Not so much a scam, as it relates to real operations, but a complete milking of all available shares to fund the company without regard to investors...in my opinion. It seems almost certain to think they will reverse split after available shares have dried up. After that it's anyone's guess as to whether they will be established enough to actually sustain and grow share price or follow the typical OTC rinse/repeat pattern.
This means squat to initial investors as they have been destroyed.
