Through this total take down of EWSI, the company remains compliant, and continues to expand. The missing piece is the absence of guidance from MN, which was freely provided up until the China revenue issue arose (and has still not been solved).
It is inaccurate to label this a scam as there are ongoing operations and alliances, with the company remaining compliant.
However MN has a TON of responsibility in explaining how this went from 50% quarter over quarter revs with constant guidance, and a promise to begin to strategize uplisting by the end of 2014, to a .0001 company with 6 billion a/s....Martie what say Ye??
