I'm looking forward with great anticipation of the news. Seems to me all that happened was a merger out of a DTC chill so PRPM could do more MJ (fictitious) deals.

So is Fred Rogers gone? Will PRPM continue to trade? Guess we'll find out tomorrow. (Or not.)
