Exactly right. The PR will announce the same sort of plans and initiatives that we saw with PRPM. The Company has no working capital, no financing (although some will dredge up the long ago Mastiff promise of millions) and no industry contacts.
Anyone who does a modicum of DD will see the history of the players and (if hey are smart) they will stay away. The most desperate (or those clouded by chemical influences) will, once again, fall victim to the fiction(s) and be strung along by Team Eddie and Looter.
