One more time ITKG validates my keen insight, as I said "no way" at the time!! Still saying "no way"!!

[q]The problem with this line of thought is that Doug made a HUGE error with the global commercialization claim that he had to apologize for multiple times. He even claimed he would never put a time frame like that on anything. Then in the most recent call he made the "couple of weeks" comment, which has come and gone. I'm not sure he has learned his lesson and as others point out, why in the world would he not pad those estimates? I'm still thinking and hoping it gets done in the next couple weeks, but if goes 4 weeks, 2 full weeks past yet another Doug estimate, it might be time to bail. I like the upside, but I will have lost ALL faith in the leadership at that point and I don't own stocks who's leadership have multiple clear examples of either blatant lies or wildly incorrect estimates. At best that suggests he doesn't actually have a clue about getting these deals done. [/quote]

Not sure if you got the integral technologies e-mail!

Still no 10-K......but they have now filed a proxy statement to increase the authorized share count from 150 MILLION to 250 MILLION !!! When Doug took over, the outstanding share count was at 65 million. Less than 4 years later, he has doubled that figure. As he (claims) positive cash flow is only months away out of one side of his mouth, the other side of his mouth is asking the shareholders for 100 MILLION additional authorized shares. 100 MILLION additional shares that, once authorized, he will have complete discretion over. And he can`t even get the annual report filed on time. A two week extension has come and gone and we are still waiting. Think I`ll stay here on the fence until I see him actually deliver something besides continued debt and ATM charges.
