You still don't get it, as "maxed out" was used to say "the fully diluted share count will not rise from where it is" ..... ever again. Not sure why you don't understand, but since you're not interested in the company anyways, guess it doesn't matter. We'll just kick back and continue to watch the rock star CEO execute while you attempt to look for a reason the company won't make millions. This CEO is going to make shareholders very wealthy. Notice how he doesn't award himself any stock ? That's because he's waiting for the company to wildly succeed before cashing in. He's not your typical dirtbag OTC CEO. In another month, let's place a wager as to whether or not ITKG trades on Nasdaq in 2015. Whatever amount we decide on, we'll send to a neutral attorney and he or she will send the pot to the winner. I'm more than willing to put my money where my mouth is. We'll see if you are next month.
