I could possibly see that impacting people/investors that are investing millions or large sums into the actual companies and then I think that would be weak. I find it hard to imagine that they would go after people buying the stock. JMHO

Then again, you never know. I think someone made a great example earlier today when they said that would be the equivalent of going after people that invested in Bayer (a German company) that backs GWPH.

Like someone else mentioned the DEA rule would have to apply to GWPH as well. That stock was pumped pretty hard on CNBC by Cramer and Co. There would be a shit ton of law suits. At best thais whole nonsense is a real stretch! IMO
