Here in Canada they are called the RCMP and really only in B.C this is the same law enforcement that lied and spread those oh so important rumors about Fire and diversion which they brought zero evidence to the injunction, see in there eyes we are ALL criminals. I here there is huge movement in the US states on MMJ, It may be a bullish move to go back there and invest?, you can see now the years of legal wrangling it will take for any kind of chance at a workable system, medical or Recreational.
I think that the brokerages would be slapped first. It is they who create the means to buy shares and even go as far as to create grey symbols ie..TWMJF. The retail investor should not be held accountable and if so then they would have a large suit against the brokerage firms....this dea stuff doesn't make sence.
