Wow!

I posted what I considered to be a loose analogy for those who keep asking if infringement can go back to the original patent date. The answer is no, not until Judge Caspar's ruling is challenged and won.

But it seems posting around here is like being a june bug in the middle of a chicken farm -- you make one move and everyone's all over you. What a way to encourage conversation!

By the way, you don't know me anymore than I do you, except from the posts we read. Yet from my one post, you label me as idiot, dumb, and rich.

Nice analogy Ian. Very well done. A friend of mine who got me into this oh so long ago stated that there are at least 55 cases of infringement and it takes only one for us to be winners. I kind of like those odds. JMHO
