I posted what I considered to be a loose analogy for those who keep asking if infringement can go back to the original patent date. The answer is no, not until Judge Caspar's ruling is challenged and won.
But it seems posting around here is like being a june bug in the middle of a chicken farm -- you make one move and everyone's all over you. What a way to encourage conversation!
