Why don't you provide the information that the price is fixed? I don't have the time at the moment to go through it to find the specific quotations. I will tend to it in the morning, though. I think it may be under the mechanics of conversion where it states the amount of shares will be factored accordingly to stated value of preferred shares ($100 per), and then the price of common stock at the time, followed by an example of the filing to be completed at time of such conversion.
