Unfortunately, BBDA is an unregistered and unregulated security with the SEC. Telling people to buy is nothing. Fraud is a different story (USDOJ) and handled as addressed. Concentrate on that. Forget the NASDAQ stories. They don't apply here to these POS pink sheet "stocks".
